This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law.
What we collect and why
Inquiry form: name, phone, email (optional), chosen service and message, plus IP address and browser for abuse protection. Purpose: to contact you about your inquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Advertising parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid) from the address you arrived with — so we know which ad led to the inquiry. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Anonymous visit statistics — only with your consent from the cookie banner. We store no IP address; we keep a one-way hash of IP, browser and a daily salt that cannot be linked to you after the day ends. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Clicks on the Call, WhatsApp and Viber buttons are counted as numbers, without any personal data.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, the communication is processed by that platform under its own terms.
How long we keep data
Inquiries — up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract arises between us; then for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Visit statistics — 24 months in anonymous form.
Who we share data with
Nobody, for marketing purposes. Data is stored on a server in the European Union. Processors acting on our behalf: the hosting provider and, when the map is loaded, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Maps) under its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to mr.fixer.bg@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
